The App uses algorithms and AI systems to suggest matches, provide automated match recommendations (AutoMatch), and generate message suggestions (Ask Linker). We do not guarantee compatibility, specific outcomes, or relationship success.
Users may communicate only after mutual matching or through the AutoMatch feature. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Link is not responsible for the conduct of any user.
We may offer AI-generated message credits (LinkBucks), subscription plans, and additional features such as increased matches or likes. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant ONTARIO 2717292 INC. a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and improve the App. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour harmful to other users or the platform.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content or for the behaviour, actions, or interactions of any users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONTARIO 2717292 INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
